Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition,
and returned in the original Bagmark dust bag.
How to return:
Email hello@thebagmark.com with your order
number. We will confirm your return and provide
the return address within one working day.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility
unless the item is faulty.
Refunds:
Processed within 5–7 working days of receiving
your return. Refunds are issued to the original
payment method.
Exchanges:
Email us before returning to check availability.
We will exchange for a different colour or style
where stock allows.
Faulty items:
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your
order number and a photograph. We will arrange
a replacement or full refund and cover return
postage costs.
Delivery:
Standard UK delivery — free on all orders,
3–5 working days.
Express UK delivery — £6.95, 1–2 working days.
International delivery — calculated at checkout.
